This Privacy Policy describes how Flampo LLC collects, uses, and shares information when you use the Ozzy mobile application. By using the App, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

The App collects precise GPS location data during active walk sessions only. This data is used to calculate walk distance and draw your route. We do not collect background location data outside of active walk sessions. Location data is associated with your walk history and stored on our servers.

3.1 Service Providers
We use RevenueCat to manage in-app subscriptions. RevenueCat receives limited information necessary to validate and manage your subscription status. RevenueCat does not receive your personal data beyond what is necessary for subscription management. You can review RevenueCat's privacy policy at revenuecat.com/privacy.

3.2 Legal Requirements
We may disclose your information if required to do so by law, court order, or government authority, or if we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request.

3.3 Business Transfers
If Flampo LLC is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you via email or prominent notice within the App before your information is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

4. Data Retention

We retain your account and associated data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal information within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or compliance purposes. Walk history data associated with a deleted account is permanently removed.

5. Data Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These measures include encrypted data transmission over HTTPS, secure password hashing, and access controls on our servers.

No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Your Rights and Choices

6.1 Account Information
You may update your account name and email through the App's Profile settings at any time.

6.2 Dog Profiles
You may add, edit, or delete dog profiles through the App at any time.

6.3 Notifications
You may enable or disable push notifications through the App's notification settings or through your device's system settings.

6.4 Location
You may revoke the App's access to your location through your device's system settings. Doing so will prevent walk distance tracking.

6.5 Account Deletion
You may delete your account at any time through the App's Profile settings. Account deletion permanently removes all your personal data, dog profiles, and walk history from our systems within 30 days.

6.6 Data Access and Portability
You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you by contacting us at hello@ozzy-app.com. We will respond to such requests within 30 days.

7. California Privacy Rights

If you are a California resident, you have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act including the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to delete your personal information, and the right to opt out of the sale of your personal information. 8. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete that information promptly. 9. Third-Party Services

The App integrates with Apple's App Store for subscription billing. Your use of Apple's services is governed by Apple's own privacy policy and terms of service, which we encourage you to review. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of Apple or any other third party.

10. International Users

The App is operated from the United States. If you are accessing the App from outside the United States, please be aware that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States where our servers are located. By using the App, you consent to this transfer.

11. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the effective date at the top of this document and, where appropriate, by sending a notification through the App. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
